Gloria collected a large number
of recipes for over 40 years.

She had American, Italian, Austrian,
Chinese, Czechoslovakian, French, Polish, Swedish, Mexican...

You name it, and she probably had a recipe for it.
Gloria did certainly cook!

Gloria went to be with the Lord way too soon
and never got the chance to add more recipes here.

The recipe below was her first and last recipe listed.

Cherry Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 3 Minutes
Servings: 64 - 1" Squares

INGREDIENTS:

24 oz. Milk Chocolate
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp. Salted Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 oz. Dried Pitted Tart Montmorency Cherries
2 oz. Marshmallow Bits
1 - Sheet of Parchment Paper
1 - 8" x 8" Baking Pan
1 - 2 qt. Microwave-Safe Bowl

DIRECTIONS:

Line pan with parchment paper. Extend paper over the sides of the pan.

Add chocolate, milk, and butter to bowl, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

Microwave in additional 10-30 second increments (stirring occasionally) or until chocolate and butter is completely melted. Stir until well combined.

Quickly add remaining ingredients to bowl. Stir until well combined.

Pour and spread fudge into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until set.

Once set, pull fudge out of pan. Cut into 1" squares, discard parchment paper, and store fudge in a covered container in the refrigerator.
